Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (245 g) almond milk
  • 3/4 cup (117 g) chopped pineapple
  • 5 strawberries, halved
  • 30 g collagen peptides (unflavored)
  • 1 tbsp (10 g) hemp seeds
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1/2 tbsp (8 g) almond butter
  • 1/4 avocado

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until desired thickness.
  2. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
