In a bowl, add the steak, coconut aminos, avocado oil, and grated ginger. Allow this to marinate for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
While the steak is marinating, prepare the rice. If the rice is not yet cooked, do this according to the package.
In a large skillet, warm the sesame oil. Add the chopped carrots and broccoli, and cook 3- 5 minutes, until desired consistency.
Add the cooked rice to the skillet and toss with the vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Remove rice and vegetables from the skillet and set aside. Add the marinated sliced steak to the skillet and cook approximately 3 minutes, turning once.
