Sweet and Savory Morning Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (56 g) 1% milk fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup (40 g) chopped cantaloupe
  • 3/4 cup (114 g) halved strawberries
  • 1 tbsp (10 g) hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp (16 g) chopped pecans
  • 2 hard boiled eggs

Directions

  1. Top cottage cheese with canteloupe, strawberries, hemp hearts, and pecans.
  2. Serve with two hard boiled eggs on the side.
