Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 5 strawberries (60g) frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup (245 g) lactose-free milk
  • 1 cup (225 g) lactose-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 5-6 (14 g) macadamia nuts
  • 1 tbsp (6 g) chia seeds

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until desired thickness. Add 1 tbsp of water at a time if mix is too thick.
  2. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
