Rosemary Avo-Egg Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • sea salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
  • 2 slices gluten-free bread, toasted
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

Directions

  1. Add avocado, lemon juice, and dry seasoning to a small mixing bowl.
  2. Mash well with a fork, then spread the mash over the tops of the toasts.
  3. Place the sliced eggs on top, then enjoy!
