Matcha Smoothie & Side of Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (full fat from a can)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tbsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 hard boiled eggs

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender except for the eggs and blend until smooth. Serve with hard boiled eggs.
