Marinated Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup wheat-free tamari
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons dehydrated chopped onions (or 2 teaspoons onion powder)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Directions

Marinate:

  1. Add all ingredients (except coconut oil) to a large food storage bag or food storage container.
  2. Seal, then shake until mixture is evenly distributed. Marinate overnight in the fridge.

Cook:

  • Cook chicken thighs in a large skillet with the coconut oil over medium heat until cooked through, about 7 minutes on each side.
  • Or grill them on an outdoor grill until they have grill marks and are cooked through.
