Maple Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (40 g) rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (120 g) oat or almond milk
  • 1/2 tbsp (20 g) maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp (4 g) ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup (74 g) blueberries
  • 2 hard boiled eggs

Directions

  1. In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, oat milk, maple syrup, ground flax seeds, and 1/4 cup of blueberries.
  2. Allow the oats to sit in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  3. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup of blueberries.
  4. Serve cold with a side of hard boiled eggs and enjoy!
