Ingredients
1/2 cup (40 g) rolled oats
1/2 cup (120 g) oat or almond milk
1/2 tbsp (20 g) maple syrup
1 tbsp (4 g) ground flax seeds
1/2 cup (74 g) blueberries
2 hard boiled eggs
Directions
In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, oat milk, maple syrup, ground flax seeds, and 1/4 cup of blueberries.
Allow the oats to sit in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Top with the remaining 1/4 cup of blueberries.
Serve cold with a side of hard boiled eggs and enjoy!
