Fajita Style Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tbsp (14 g) ghee
  • 1/4 cup (38 g) green peppers (chopped)
  • 2 oz (56 g) 95% grass fed ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large gluten free wrap

Directions

  1. In a medium skillet, heat the ghee until melted.
  2. Add the peppers to the pan and sauté until the peppers begin to brown.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Whisk the two eggs and stir them into the cooked vegetables and beef mixture. Cook until the eggs are cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add all the contents of the skillet to a gluten-free wrap and roll it into a burrito.
  6. Heat the burrito in the skillet if desired.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
