Brown Lentils

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown lentils
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt

Directions

  1. Add the lentils and water to a large soup pot.
  2. Season with sea salt
  3. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes until tender
  4. Drain excess water and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
