Quick Cali Wraps

Ingredients

  • 4 sheets crunchy seaweed snacks (like Ocean’s Halo or Seasnax)
  • 1 small avocado, sliced into 4 quarters
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced into 4 long spears
  • 1 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon wheat-free tamari

Directions

  1. Lay seaweed sheets down on a plate.
  2. Fill each with 1 avocado slice, 1 cucumber spear, and ¼ teaspoon sesame seeds.
  3. Roll each of them up into a mini “sushi” roll.
  4. Enjoy dipped in tamari.
