5 Tips to Begin Healing Yourself Now

As I’m sure you know, we are powerful beyond measure and have the ability to heal ourselves.

Our bodies are constantly regenerating new cells, and our thoughts have a significant impact on our health.

There are stories of people who have miraculously healed from cancer and other large and small ailments.

How did this happen?? Was it by the grace of God, or did they truly believe their way to healing?

We may never know, but what I do know is that we each have the power to heal ourselves. Here are 5 Steps to Begin Healing now:

Commit to your Health and Healing. Decide right now that you are healing and will experience optimal health and vitality. Make this decision and never look back. As you consider actions to take, you will now be making them from a place of knowing your healing is inevitable, and it will guide you in the right direction.

Have Faith. Having faith means having complete trust or confidence in someone or something. It is being sure of those things hoped for and certain of those things not seen (Heb 11:1). How would you feel if you truly had faith that your healing and health is inevitable? How would your thoughts change? How would your actions change?

Abandon the Complaint Counter. Stop complaining. And avoid conversations with people who complain about having the same problems. Focus your time, energy and attention on the things that you do want! And surround yourself with people who have already accomplished the health goal you are looking to achieve. We become who we surround ourselves with and we get more of what we focus on, so choose wisely.

 

See it Happening. Take a moment to imagine yourself being completely healthy and free of your current health challenges. What do you notice?

Do you see yourself more vibrant? Having more energy? Looking in the mirror and loving what you see? Going into your closet and picking out the clothes you want to wear and feeling good in them? Bloating gone and able to eat the foods you enjoy? Do you see yourself with clear skin? Do you see yourself having energy at the end of the day? Did you get that promotion? Have your periods regulated and now you have no more heavy bleeding or cramps? Do you see yourself being confident and feeling good?

I want you to really sit with and imagine what it looks like and feels like to be at your very best. Do you feel joy, peace, excitement?

Take One Step Forward. You don’t need to know all of the answers right now, all you need to do is take the next step. Trust that God is within you and will always guide you in the right direction.

Now that you have abandoned the complaint counter and can truly see what you want for yourself, ask yourself: “What is my very next step?”

If you struggle to hear an answer. Just pause for a moment, breath. Put your hands on your heart, and ask yourself….”what is my next best step?”. Then listen

Take that step now!!!

If you do this every day, one day soon you will be experiencing the health and healing you just committed to. 

You CAN heal yourself, because YOU are the only one that has the power to make the choices right for you. No one else can do it for you!

 

Don’t forget to take action. Sitting at home and visualizing perfect health is great, but that alone may not heal you. 

We must move for things to happen.

Make the phone call. Take the supplement. Make an appointment with your doctor. Book the workout class. Order the air purifier. Walk outside and breathe in the fresh air.

 

Only you know what the next step is. You can heal yourself. 

Remember, your health and healing is inevitable. You are absolutely worthy and deserving!
